Job Title: Admin Officer (Evening Shift)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, maintain records, and support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations during the evening shift
  • Maintain attendance records, leave data, and office documentation
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for smooth workflow
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Assist in onboarding processes and basic employee coordination
  • Ensure office discipline, compliance with company policies, and shift management
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal communication professionally
  • Support management with reports, data entry, and record keeping

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
  • Proven experience as an Admin Officer or similar role (fresh candidates may apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work in evening/night shift (3 PM – 12 AM)
