Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to manage day-to-day office administration, facility management, and provide support to HR, IT, and our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage facility staff (office boys, sweepers, drivers, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to IT and HR teams when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and filing as per company policies.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Dubai office when needed.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
