Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in attendance management using Timetrax software, employee record handling, and office administration.
Administrative Responsibilities

Manage office administration and daily operational support

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Maintain office supplies and inventory records

Handle staff coordination and administrative reporting

Ensure smooth office operations and discipline
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience in
HR & Administration

Practical experience with the
Timetrax attendance management system

Strong knowledge of office administration

Good communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
