Position: Admin Executive
Location: S.I.T.E Area Karachi
Department: Administration
Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized working environment
  • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
  • Manage company documents, records, and filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
  • Assist HR in attendance, leave records, and basic employee coordination
  • Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation bookings if required
  • Support management in administrative reporting and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar role
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
