Position: Admin Executive

Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized working environment
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
- Manage company documents, records, and filing systems (physical & digital)
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
- Assist HR in attendance, leave records, and basic employee coordination
- Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation bookings if required
- Support management in administrative reporting and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar role
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
