Role Description

DAZZURA is seeking a full-time Admin Officer / Accountant based in Dubai, UAE. This on-site role combines administrative and accounting responsibilities to support smooth office operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of managing day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining precise financial records.


Key Responsibilities


Accounting Duties

  • Manage core day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Post and monitor petty cash, ensuring completeness of supporting documents.
  • Update customer accounts, issue regular invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Prepare weekly payment plans and monthly payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and UAE regulations.
  • Assist with VAT and Corporate Tax filings.
  • Support financial audits and other regulatory requirements.


Administrative Duties

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and document control.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and service contracts as needed.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients for administrative needs.
  • Assist the CEO in developing company policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
  • Proficiency with accounting and office software (Odoo preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of UAE FTA regulations on VAT and Corporate Tax.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
