Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with departments, vendors, and management
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and basic procurement
  • Assist in HR and accounts-related administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
