Admin & Operations Clerk

We are looking for an Admin & Operations Clerk to join our expanding Seafood team in Dubai! The successful candidate will be helping with order processing of fresh seafood at the Seafood Production facility, as well as being involved and interacting with our Sales and Category teams to facilitate an overall smooth process and with pre-orders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using MS Excel, have a passion for the food & beverage industry, and be keen to grow within the Seafood team. Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales team and customers for daily and weekly seafood orders.
• Follow up with Sales team and customers for sample feedback.
• Make Sales invoices and Credit/Return notes and submit invoices to the Finance team.
• Comply with quality and HACCP requirements as defined by chef Middle East Management system.
• Coordinate with Admin & Operations Supervisor and Admin & Operations Coordinator for Ad hoc support as needed.
• Ensure maintenance of company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent diploma; or two to three years related experience in order processing or admin.
• Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Must be familiar with data-related activities and be able to input this data for business growth.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
