Admin & Operations Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin & Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative, operational, procurement, inventory, accounts, and field-related tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations

Oversee daily office and facility functions to maintain a productive, organized, and efficient working environment.

Procurement

Manage procurement activities, including vendor coordination, sourcing, purchasing, price follow-ups, and maintaining procurement records.

Inventory Maintenance

Maintain inventory records of office supplies, factory materials, packaging items, stock movements, and other company assets. Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and timely replenishment of required items.

Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate inbound and outbound material movement, including receiving goods, dispatching materials, maintaining delivery records, and following up with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Accounts Handling

Assist in managing basic company accounts, including invoicing, expense tracking, payment follow-ups, voucher maintenance, and basic financial reporting.

Labour Accounts & Ledgers

Maintain labour attendance, wage records, advance payments, deductions, and labour account ledgers. Coordinate with management for timely and accurate labour payment records.

Assistance to CEO

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and following up on assigned tasks.

Task Coordination

Execute various tasks assigned by company management, ensuring timely and effective completion.

Market & Bank Tasks

Perform outdoor administrative tasks, including market purchasing, vendor visits, bank-related work, document submission, payment deposits, and other official errands.

Field Tasks

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, transporters, banks, and other external parties for smooth execution of administrative and operational requirements.

Other Duties

Undertake additional administrative responsibilities as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Intermediate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations-related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic understanding of accounts, inventory, and record-keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
