Responsibilities:
Property Listing Management
- Upload, update, and manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other portals.
- Ensure all listings meet portal compliance standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with agents and clients to verify listing information and improve lead performance.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM software.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Generate reports on leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
General Administrative Support
- Respond to client and agent inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between team members.
Skills Required:
- Experience with property listing platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, or similar).
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, portals, and DLD/Ejari systems.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a real estate administrative or listing coordinator role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
