Responsibilities:
Property Listing Management

  • Upload, update, and manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other portals.
  • Ensure all listings meet portal compliance standards and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with agents and clients to verify listing information and improve lead performance.

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM software.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  • Generate reports on leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.

General Administrative Support

  • Respond to client and agent inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between team members.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with property listing platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, portals, and DLD/Ejari systems.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a real estate administrative or listing coordinator role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
