We are seeking a dependable and responsible individual to join our team as an Admin Officer (Purchasing). The ideal candidate must be highly reliable, as this is the key requirement for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and execute purchasing activities in a timely and efficient manner.
-Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
-Source vendors, obtain quotations and ensure cost effective procurement.
-Coordinate with relevant departments to meet purchasing needs.
-Support administrative functions as required.
Requirements:
-Proven reliability and trustworthiness.
-Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Prior experience in purchasing or administration will be an advantage.
