Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, adjustments, and movements.

· Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

· Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.

· Enter inventory data into the inventory management system.

· Create and update inventory reports for management review.

· Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

· Manage office supplies as needed.

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

· Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred

· Previous data entry or inventory management experience and organizational skills

· Must be detailed oriented

· Be able to work independently and with the minimum supervision

· Proficient in MS office/Excel

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese due to frequent communications with HQ in China

· Must be able to lift 40 to 50 pounds

· Must be comfortable handling biological samples
