Job Title: Admin / Reception / Accounts Executiv

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and organized Admin / Reception / Accounts Executive to handle front desk operations and basic administrative and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and attend walk-in customers professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Support day-to-day administrative and accounts-related activities

Requirements:

  • Preferably under Husband Visa
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Well-groomed, organized, and customer-oriented

Working Hours:

9 hours per day

Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on experience)
