We're Hiring: Admin/ Receptionist for Real Estate Company

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and organized Admin/Receptionist to join our real estate team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to our agents and management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Service:

Greet clients, visitors, and business partners in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and property inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document preparation.
  • Support with data entry and maintaining client databases/CRM systems.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist sales and leasing teams with contracts, agreements, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or admin, ideally in real estate or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with standard business hours
  • Interaction with agents, clients, and external partners on a regular basis.
