Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while handling day-to-day office administration efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Coordinate visitor access, passes, and meeting room bookings
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation (physical and digital)
- Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational needs
- Support HR or Accounts teams with admin tasks when required
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
