Admin Receptionist

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Admin & Receptionist (Female) to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will handle daily administrative tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients professionally at the reception
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and records
  • Coordinate with agents and management for daily operations
  • Handle basic admin tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Requirements:

  • Female candidate
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or admin
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Well-presented, organized, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
