Pearl Industries is seeking a skilled admin/sales coordinator to support our operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotations & Proforma Invoice
- Prepare and manage quotations.
- Prepare proforma invoices.
Submittals & Technical Support
- Prepare technical submittals and respond to consultant comments
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Prepare equipment supply certificates (as per DCD requirements)
- Prepare and maintain GCC certificates for export compliance
Courier and Export Shipments
- Prepare detailed packing lists for export shipments
- Arrange courier and cargo shipments for local and international deliveries
- Prepare commercial invoices for local and export clients
- Prepare shipment passes for materials and equipment
- Coordinate international expos
Visa Applications
- Process visa applications as required
Administrative & Document Management
- Maintain documentation for all company entities.
- Organize management documents, including Passport, EID, and Visa records
- Prepare documents related to duct installation projects
- Prepare miscellaneous documents and authorization letters as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in product submittals and quotations is mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
