Pearl Industries is seeking a skilled admin/sales coordinator to support our operations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotations & Proforma Invoice

  • Prepare and manage quotations.
  • Prepare proforma invoices.

Submittals & Technical Support

  • Prepare technical submittals and respond to consultant comments
  • Provide technical support to the sales team
  • Prepare equipment supply certificates (as per DCD requirements)
  • Prepare and maintain GCC certificates for export compliance

Courier and Export Shipments

  • Prepare detailed packing lists for export shipments
  • Arrange courier and cargo shipments for local and international deliveries
  • Prepare commercial invoices for local and export clients
  • Prepare shipment passes for materials and equipment
  • Coordinate international expos

Visa Applications

  • Process visa applications as required

Administrative & Document Management

  • Maintain documentation for all company entities.
  • Organize management documents, including Passport, EID, and Visa records
  • Prepare documents related to duct installation projects
  • Prepare miscellaneous documents and authorization letters as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in product submittals and quotations is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
