Admin Secretary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin cum Secretary with at leas1-2 years of experience to support our operations and ensure effective document management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage administrative and documentation tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records (both digital and physical)
  • Ensure proper document control procedures, versioning, and approvals are followed
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect, distribute, and track documents
  • Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all company records
  • Support management with reports and administrative assistance as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or document control role
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes and administrative functions
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
