We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff member to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, coordinate communication, and assist in maintaining smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and databases
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Support management and staff with administrative needs
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or office support
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
