Job Summary:
The Admin Supervisor oversees daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital. This role manages housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams, while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance across all facility areas. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and skilled in supervising staff within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff with clear instructions and follow-ups.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained throughout the hospital.
- Coordinate repairs, facility upkeep, and maintenance tasks with relevant teams.
- Prepare and manage monthly duty rosters and monitor daily staff attendance.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials and administrative supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Support management in implementing administrative improvements and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and perform efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily operational issues.
