Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations

Supervise day-to-day administrative activities at site/office.

Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, accommodation, transport, and housekeeping.

Manage access control, security arrangements, and visitor coordination.

Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Manpower & Welfare Administration

Coordinate joining formalities, attendance, leave records, and deployment.

Manage staff accommodation, food, transportation, and other welfare facilities.

Address employee admin-related issues and coordinate resolutions.

Maintain updated employee records and site registers.
