We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Professional with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and enhancing client satisfaction through efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional support to buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- Prepare and maintain property listings, contracts, and other real estate documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and team calendars.
- Assist with marketing activities such as preparing brochures, updating social media, and maintaining online listings.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Support finance functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and real estate agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate or property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
