Job Responsibilities:
- General Support: Handling daily admin tasks like filing and correspondence.
- Reception: Greeting visitors, answering calls.
- Departmental Help: Assisting HR, Business Development, and Finance with documentation and coordination.
- Scheduling: Managing calendars and meetings.
- Client Interaction: Helping with client communications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably supporting multiple departments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Software Skills: Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Immediate availability to start is required.
