Job Responsibilities:

  • General Support: Handling daily admin tasks like filing and correspondence.
  • Reception: Greeting visitors, answering calls.
  • Departmental Help: Assisting HR, Business Development, and Finance with documentation and coordination.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars and meetings.
  • Client Interaction: Helping with client communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably supporting multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Software Skills: Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Immediate availability to start is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

  • Admin/Receptionist/Similar Role: 2 years (Required)
