Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts (Female) to join our Ajman office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks and basic accounting functions, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial records.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:
- Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, and documentation)
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as leave tracking or attendance management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Assist management with reports and documentation
- Ensure the office runs smoothly (coordinating repairs, managing cleaners or office boys, etc.).
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and LPOs
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist in VAT documentation and filing
- Support monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Coordinate with auditors when required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in admin and accounts roles (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
