Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts (Female) to join our Ajman office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks and basic accounting functions, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial records.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:

  • Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, and documentation)
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as leave tracking or attendance management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Assist management with reports and documentation
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly (coordinating repairs, managing cleaners or office boys, etc.).

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and LPOs
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Assist in VAT documentation and filing
  • Support monthly and yearly financial reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors when required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in admin and accounts roles (UAE experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidate (as per company requirement)
  • Currently residing in UAE
