Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain office files, documents, and records in digital and physical formats.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up reminders for management.
Coordinate with internal departments for task updates and support requirements.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for staff when required.
Monitor office supplies, track inventory, and place purchase orders on time.
Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation as instructed.
Assist HR/Admin team in onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic compliance tasks.
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance coordination.

Customer Service Duties
Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp queries, and customer messages.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal systems regularly.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates, payments, and feedback.
Build strong customer relationships through polite and timely communication.
Coordinate with technical/support teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
Monitor Google Reviews, social media messages, and customer feedback channels.
