Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. is the prospective brokerage firm of Freedom Holding, a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services company operating in the banking, brokerage, and insurance sectors, now preparing to launch operations in Türkiye.
As part of our strategic expansion across the MENAT region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive team member for the positions of Administration Affairs Specialist to join our İstanbul, Türkiye office.
Responsibilities
• Procurement of all necessary office resources and supplies (stationery, water, tea/coffee, consumables, etc.)
• Stock monitoring and timely replenishment
• Vendor and contractor communication, price/time negotiations, service quality control
• Maintaining a comfortable and professional office environment
• Collecting internal feedback and suggesting improvements
• Documentation, Excel purchase tracking, contract filing and archiving
• Coordination of reception, coffee lady, cleaning staff, plant maintenance services, drivers
• Quality control of service personnel performance
• Coordination with IT for equipment requests and onboarding/offboarding when needed
• Document sending between offices and jurisdictions
• Building management coordination (maintenance, HVAC, repair requests, common area upkeep) • Execution of additional office-related tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
• 2 years office management/administration experience preferred
• Hotel, tourism or front-office background is considered an advantage
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Confident user of MS Office / Excel
• High organisational skills, detail-oriented, adaptable to dynamic workflow
• English — Intermediate working level
