ADMIN / HR COORDONATOR JD

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

Conduct orientation programs for new hires.

Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback.

2. Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Planning of employees birthdays / festivities at office / Offsites

Assist in planning and organizing company events.

Coordinate logistics for team-building activities.

Facilitate workshops and seminars for skill enhancement.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

3. Administrative Support:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics of team

4. Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. Communication:

Facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Manage internal communication channels.

6. Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with HR service providers.

Negotiate contracts and agreements.

Help Events team with some basic operations requirements & vendors

Help RSVP team if required in excel management / data downloading etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
