As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide administrative support throughout all stages of the buying process and product life cycle, acting as the first point of contact for any administrative queries and taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks with a key focus on accuracy and efficiency to ensure the product range is optimised to support the overall product strategy and goals.
Administrative support
· Support in delivering suitable ranges for projects and stocked products. Includes range and market analysis, product trends and feedback from stakeholders.
· Working with Marketing on arrangements for photography and images of products.
· Collating information required to set up new items (product attributes and specifications).
· Supplier Management
· Build strong working relationships with suppliers to promote ease of communication and information sharing.
· Collating information, meeting minutes, ordering samples.
· Updating product details, price lists, product specs.
· Management of the critical path to ensure key dates are met.
· Assisting with other ad-hoc duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs26,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
