We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administration Assistant to join our team! As an Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office environment, providing essential clerical support and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks using tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events with precision
  • Handle filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Provide customer support through courteous communication via phone, email, or in person
  • Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution to maintain high-quality standards

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated office management experience coupled with clerical expertise in data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous; familiarity is key.
