Description:
Shoshone Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administration Assistant to support executive leadership and administrative operations. This role performs a wide variety of office and coordination duties for the CEO, CFO, and CNO, while also providing support to the Board of Trustees and Medical Staff.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and CNO

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments across the organization

Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and correspondence

Maintain calendars, including physician and departmental schedules

Take and prepare meeting minutes as needed

Maintain administrative files, policies, and ISO 9001 documentation

Assist with medical staff credentialing and related processes

Support Board of Trustees and Medical Staff communications and materials

Maintain and update the hospital website and social media accounts

Assist with employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events
-
Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts in public media

Assist in the development and oversight of the annual marketing budget

Help compile strategic planning reports

Provide general administrative support to department managers

Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2–5 years of executive or administrative support experience preferred

Prior marketing or communications experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with standard office equipment and systems

Knowledge of shorthand or speed writing is a plus
