On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Administration Clerk to join our Tables Games Administration team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  • Provide administrative support to Table Games Operations and other Gaming Operations functions, including maintaining calendars, trackers, and departmental correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments end-to-end: confirm availability, book rooms, issue Outlook invitations, set up virtual meeting links where required, and send confirmations/reminders.
  • Liaise with candidates, guests/visitors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics, manage changes, and ensure professional experience and timely communication.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents as required (e.g., schedules, agendas, forms, and reports) and ensure proper filing and version control.
  • Maintain departmental records, trackers, and correspondence; file, archive, and retrieve documents using SharePoint in line with internal document control practices.
  • Provide administrative support in Oracle as applicable (e.g., updating reference information, maintaining logs, and producing basic reports), escalating issues when needed.
  • Coordinate general administrative planning such as appointments/briefings, document collection, and schedule planning, in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Perform general office administration (filing, mail/courier, office supplies, meeting room readiness, purchase requests, and invoice follow-up) and support ad-hoc projects as assigned by Table Games leadership.

About You

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration or hospitality preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in administrative support, scheduling/coordination, or office administration (gaming/hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), with the ability to maintain files and workflows in SharePoint. Experience using Oracle preferred.
  • Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive operational and personnel information
  • Flexible availability to support operational needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
