ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Graduate.
  • Experience:5-7 years.
  • Age Bracket: 30-35 Years
  • Must be well versed in MS Office particularly in MS-Excel.

Location of Job: SITE, Area Metro Ville Zia More near K-Electric Gas Turbine.

Job Description:

General Administrative works:

  • Maintaining office equipment. Orders replacement supplies as per need.
  • Prepare update and maintain financial record (Maintain all petty cash voucher).
  • Preparing reports on expenses and other expenditure.
  • Coordinate maintenance issue for general repair in office.
  • Supporting in all relevant matters to staff on need basis.
  • Inspected and evaluated the site to ensure that work is done up to standards.

Housekeeping Works:

  • Lead housekeeping staff & ensure quality and maintain cleanliness.
  • Ensure well clean grooming of housekeeping supervisor & staffs.
  • Coordinate different department managers to ensure cleanings.
  • Ensuring to fill daily housekeeping reports through housekeeping supervisor.

Fleet Management:

  • Responsible for performing vehicle maintenances through vendors as and when requested by the manager(s).
  • Coordinate designated showrooms for conducting scheduled services of vehicle.
  • To maintain vehicles & motorcycle records, documents & keys.
  • Responsible for managing pick & drop portfolio.
  • To manage drivers and pick & drop schedule.
  • Manage pool vehicles.

Periodic Responsibilities:

  • Perform to support departments during audits.
  • Performing weekly cleaning & washing of factory gangways during weekends.
