Job Description – Administration Executive
Position: Administration Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage daily administrative operations.
· Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
· Supervise administrative staff and monitor performance.
· Manage office maintenance, supplies, contracts, and vendors.
· Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
· Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and documentation.
· Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of administration experience in UAE.
· Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
