Administration Lady (1 Year Experience)

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Manage supplies and coordinate with vendors.

Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic recruitment coordination.

Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and basic accounting records.

Coordinate communication between management, staff, and suppliers.

Maintain organized records and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of administrative or office assistant experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
