Invoice/Billing Clerk

. Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.

· Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.

· Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

· Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties.

· Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.

· Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.

. Preparing and printing invoices.

· Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
