Job Overview:
RLCC is hiring an experienced Administration & Logistics Manager for a 2-month Artisan Training Project in Interior Sindh. The role requires strong field coordination, administrative oversight, and logistics management to ensure effective project implementation in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative operations for field-based project activities
- Plan and manage logistics for training sessions across Interior Sindh
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and movement of staff and materials
- Manage procurement and vendor relations in project areas
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of training supplies
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with local stakeholders, communities, and partners
- Ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration/logistics, preferably in field projects
- Prior experience working in Interior Sindh or rural areas will be an advantage
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations
- Ability to manage tasks under tight timelines
Contract Details:
- Duration: 2 Months (Project-Based)
- Location: Interior Sindh (Field Deployment Required)
- Compensation: PKR 200,000 (Lump sum / Project-based)
- Immediate joining preferred
