Administration & Logistics Manager (Project-Based – Interior Sindh)

Job Overview:

RLCC is hiring an experienced Administration & Logistics Manager for a 2-month Artisan Training Project in Interior Sindh. The role requires strong field coordination, administrative oversight, and logistics management to ensure effective project implementation in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative operations for field-based project activities
  • Plan and manage logistics for training sessions across Interior Sindh
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and movement of staff and materials
  • Manage procurement and vendor relations in project areas
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of training supplies
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with local stakeholders, communities, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration/logistics, preferably in field projects
  • Prior experience working in Interior Sindh or rural areas will be an advantage
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations
  • Ability to manage tasks under tight timelines

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 2 Months (Project-Based)
  • Location: Interior Sindh (Field Deployment Required)
  • Compensation: PKR 200,000 (Lump sum / Project-based)
  • Immediate joining preferred
