Job Description:

  • Manage overall administrative operations including office management, logistics support, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Oversee excise, taxation, budgeting, and compliance activities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulations.
  • Handle trouble-ticket management by ensuring timely resolution of administrative requests and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Supervise vehicle management, including scheduling, maintenance, regulatory renewals, and fuel monitoring.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance and effective task execution.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • 16 Years of education
  • Excellent Communication Skills
