Job Description:

Manage overall administrative operations including office management, logistics support, documentation, and record keeping.

Oversee excise, taxation, budgeting, and compliance activities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulations.

Handle trouble-ticket management by ensuring timely resolution of administrative requests and coordinating with relevant teams.

Supervise vehicle management, including scheduling, maintenance, regulatory renewals, and fuel monitoring.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance and effective task execution.
