Job Description

We are currently seeking one (1) Administration Manager - Government Affairs (Saudi National) to join our qualified and knowledgeable team at the Jeddah Office, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Representing the company before government authorities as per business needs.
  2. liaising with relevant authorities for registration and renewal of companies, branches, and offices.
  3. Managing company classification and licenses for Marine and Land equipment.
  4. Handling permits for company premises (permanent & temporary).
  5. Monitoring country legislation changes and reporting them to the Regional Office / Corporate ADM Department.
  6. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with government officials and external partners.
  7. Providing administrative support to Regional Management and the Corporate ADM Department.
  8. Supporting projects during mobilization and demobilization phases.
  9. Handling ad hoc requests from Regional Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 15+ years' experience in Government Affairs.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role with similar responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
