Join us at Practice Plus as an Administration/Operations Manager at The Junction Health Centre, working full-time (37.5 hours/week) on a permanent basis.
About the Role Were looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and team development. You'll lead the Administration and Reception teams, act as a key liaison within the wider primary care team, and support both clinical and service management functions. Your leadership will help shape an outstanding patient experience and efficient day-to-day operations.

Job responsibilities GP Practice Experience EssentialSelected candidate will have GP practice experience and the ability to lead in a healthcare environment that focuses on patient care and operational efficiency.
