Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administration Manager to oversee and manage all administrative operations for Roads & Bridges projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions, support project teams, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all administrative activities across Roads & Bridges project sites and offices
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems for efficient operations
  • Oversee office management, facilities, transportation, accommodation, and site logistics
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and HR teams to support project requirements
  • Handle vendor management, contracts, and service agreements related to administration
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company standards
  • Manage budgets related to administrative functions and optimize costs
  • Supervise and lead administrative staff, ensuring high performance and productivity
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in administrative operations
  • Liaise with government authorities for permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
  • Support onboarding, mobilization, and demobilization of project staff

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in administration, preferably within Roads & Bridges or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of site administration, logistics, and facilities management
  • Experience working in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements is an advantage

Pay: AED24,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month
