Job Summary:
Jascon Engineering W.L.L. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Project teams for administrative requirements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and office communication.
- Assist with employee documentation, gate passes, and project-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of administrative experience (construction or engineering industry preferred).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
