PetroApp is seeking a skilled Administration & Receptionist Specialist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will also perform various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist with office supply management and inventory controls.
  • Responsible for the company contracts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
  • 6 Months of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
