- Handle daily client communication via email, WhatsApp, and internal channels.
- Provide quick responses, accurate updates, and timely follow‑ups.
- Support operational tasks: scheduling, logs, parent requests, student records.
- Prepare and update documents, reports, Word files, and Excel sheets.
- Record payments, update fee sheets, and prepare billing spreadsheets.
- Assist during urgent or high‑priority situations with proactive problem‑solving.
- Coordinate with UK centres, managers, and operations team for smooth workflows.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Support interview scheduling, onboarding documents, and coordination.
- Help with general admin tasks during peak workload; flexible with work hours.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow processes.
Requirement:
- Previous office experience is essential
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry
Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required
