Job Description:
  • 8 Y of experience in the Admin operation role.
  • Monitor for the admin inventory, usage& utilization.
  • Manage office Boys work and company cleanness.
  • Manage office maintenance, and other general activities.
  • Participate in office space coordination and organization.
  • Manage the transportation coordination (Availability, cleanness, drivers).
  • Support in the company events facility and coordinate the execution.
  • Supervise subordinates, monitor, and prioritize workflow and schedules.
  • Coordinate office organization; supplies, budgets, and records.
  • Support in the purchase cycle and follow up of the Mobile lines for the managers.
  • Manage and handle the governmental approvals/ needed documents related to Admin and Health& Safety.
  • Coach and lead his team members through conducting continuous feedback, assessing development gap
