Administrative Account Assistant

  • Looking after general administration work.
  • Performs basic Human Resources functions such as visa application, renewal & cancellations etc.
  • Handling Property leased matters for rental/ arrange viewings, etc
  • Co-ordinating with Maintainence Team on daily basis
  • Arranging Car Pick up and drops whenever required
  • Co-ordinating with Banker and Auditors for VAT/ Corporate Tax
  • Making weekly Utility Payments/ Salaries etc
  • Looking after day to day activities related to Accounts,Admin and Secretarial
  • Filing of VAT
  • Updating Entries in Quickbooks
  • Co-ordinating with the Auditors for Finalisation of Balance Sheet
  • Office Timing : 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM ( Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English/ Hindi (Required)
