We are looking for a " Administrative Affairs Associate " to take part in Paşabahçe Stores throughout Turkey.


  • Bachelor’s degree with major in related Engineering departments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in the construction sites or retail sector
  • Knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems, lighting and energy systems, shutters, sliding doors, elevators, monorails, generators, and other equipment found in stores.
  • Preferably with maintenance experience in electronic cards, circuits, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Proficient in occupational health and safety regulations and legal periodic inspections
  • Able to understand technical documents in English
  • Able to use MS Office applications, preferably with SAP knowledge
  • Class B driver's license and is able to drive actively
  • Flexible working hours and no restrictions on domestic travel
  • Competent in planning, task tracking, and coordination; innovative and follows technological developments.


Job Description


  • Visit stores across Turkey according to the program and directions provided by the Head Office to manage, supervise, and report all technical operations; oversee periodic maintenance performed by contracted companies (electrical, HVAC systems, elevators, monorail elevators, generators, etc.); ensure maintenance is carried out in accordance with contract terms; direct repair and maintenance requests to relevant companies and supervise when necessary to ensure effective service delivery; develop permanent solutions for recurring faults and identify necessary revisions and new procurement needs.
  • Evaluate and approve technical proposals submitted by infrastructure companies; especially in chronic, large-scale, or urgent faults, inspect and diagnose the issue, review proposals including spare part research if necessary, supervise and guide the work on-site until the issue is resolved, and report accordingly.
  • Perform minor repairs identified during store visits or previously reported.
  • Organize and, if necessary, supervise legal periodic inspections.
  • Evaluate and approve progress payments from a technical and contractual perspective
  • Fulfill tasks assigned within SAP and other corporate systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the maintenance and repair budget for stores and monitor budget compliance.
  • Prepare maintenance and repair specifications, review and update them periodically or as needed.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Head Office during new store openings, store closures, renovations, or whenever needed; organize and supervise related work.
  • Execute tasks related to corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop projects that increase efficiency and reduce costs; follow industry developments and propose innovative practices.
