We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Administrative Affairs Executive
who will effectively manage the administrative and operational processes of our sports facility and work closely with senior management.
Responsibilities

Coordinating cleaning teams and related service operations

Planning and coordinating executive-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for management meetings

Managing the senior management’s email and written correspondence, including providing necessary responses
-
Ensuring effective communication and coordination between senior management, facility teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders
-
Managing urgent schedule changes and processes requiring intensive time management in an efficient and timely manner
-
Preparing regular reports related to facility operations and management
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative affairs, office management, or executive assistant roles

Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field

Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English

Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills

Excellent communication skills with strong representation abilities
