Administrative Affairs Manager

We are looking for a skilled ‘’Administrative Affairs Manager’ to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Admin Affairs and at least 5 years in leading roles,
  • Good command of English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and preferably SAP,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented working skills,
  • Developed team management, resource planning, negotiation, and follow-up abilities,
  • Strong communication skills with a customer and service-oriented approach,
  • Knowledge in fleet management, contract management and tenders for administration affairs related tasks,
  • Solid experience in internal and external stakeholder management,
  • Living in Antalya or willing to relocate.

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensuring that all administrative affairs processes are carried out effectively for more than 2500 employees (Subcontractor employees included) ,
  • Preparing and monitoring subcontractor contracts and specifications,
  • Conducting regular inspections of subcontractor services (cafeteria, shuttle, health services, uniforms) and ensuring uninterrupted service flow,
  • Monitoring budget and maintenance processes of fixed assets
  • Planning the annual operating expense budget and preparing monthly budget / actual cost reports,
  • Leading a group of 15 employees,
  • Managing relationship with public institutions and their employees,
  • Taking active role in company events and organizations,
  • Making analysis and reports for all admin affairs related tasks and items,
  • Developing and then implementing procedures and manuals related to Admin Affairs.
