Being responsible of organizing entire logistics process of the administrative affairs
Job Description:
- Manage company purchasing processes in line with internal procedures and obtain required approvals.
- Ensure cooperation with reliable and qualified suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and archives of all purchasing documents.
- Coordinate staff transportation and ensure smooth shuttle operations.
- Handle maintenance, repair, and technical support needs within the company.
- Prepare and archive vehicle assignment records.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies and consumables.
- Follow up purchasing and procedural processes in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and on time as directed by management.
- Monitor supplier invoices and ensure timely reconciliations
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent English in verbal and written
- 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
- Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
- Result oriented, achiever, analytical
- Negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
