Freight Turkey is being operated in 7 cities with more than 150 employees. We are delivering more than 1.5 millions of tons yearly.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working team member for this huge organization. The role is located in Manisa.

Being responsible of organizing entire logistics process of the administrative affairs

Job Description:

  • Manage company purchasing processes in line with internal procedures and obtain required approvals.
  • Ensure cooperation with reliable and qualified suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records and archives of all purchasing documents.
  • Coordinate staff transportation and ensure smooth shuttle operations.
  • Handle maintenance, repair, and technical support needs within the company.
  • Prepare and archive vehicle assignment records.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and consumables.
  • Follow up purchasing and procedural processes in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations
  • Perform assigned tasks accurately and on time as directed by management.
  • Monitor supplier invoices and ensure timely reconciliations

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent English in verbal and written
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Result oriented, achiever, analytical
  • Negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
