Job Qualification: Administrative and Facility Specialist

Position Title: Administrative and Facility Specialist

Experience Required: Fresh Graduate / New Hire

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Office Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Entry-level position; no prior full-time experience required (internships or on-the-job training experience are an advantage).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Excellent computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative software.
  • Preferred Knowledge of facility management systems, office maintenance coordination, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage digital filing systems, documentation, and office inventory.
  • Administrative & Facility Skills:
  • Capable of coordinating office repairs, maintenance, and service providers.
  • Skilled in scheduling, correspondence, and daily office operations.
  • Understanding of workplace safety, housekeeping standards, and asset management.
  • Basic English skills reading and writing
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Other requirements:
  • to be close to 6-October industrial city.
  • 5 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage facility-related tasks such as maintenance requests, equipment servicing, and coordination with vendors.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to administrative and facility activities.
  • Support in planning and organizing company meetings, events, and office activities.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for staff.
  • Handle general correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
  • Submitting all purchase orders related to the assigned facility.
