Social Media and Admin Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a flair for social media? We’re looking for a Administrative & Social Media Coordinator to support our creative team by managing client communications, creating proposals and quotations, and helping execute social media strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft and manage client quotations, proposals, and reports
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging content
  • Write compelling captions and ensure consistent posting
  • Monitor performance and support data-driven improvements
  • Stay up to date on social trends, tools, and best practices

You Should Have:

  • Experience managing social media accounts or campaigns
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, SEO)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED 3,000.00 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (fluent), Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)
